#122 Recompile ECJ classes

When running applications that use the ecj5xholon classes, I get a java.lang.IncompatibleClassChangeError. This is most likely because of recent changes to various base classes that are now incompatible with the expectations of the ECJ classes. The ECJ classes should be recompiled.
