#43 hbmake - cannot compile some filenames

We cannot include a certain .PRG file if his name is included in the Main .PRG file name

Examples :
cannot include HTML.PRG when main file is named PFHTML.PRG
cannot include CACH.PRG when mail file is name TESTCACH.PRG
