#34 "ALERT" and "MENU_TO" commands scroll screen content

If the window buffer height in the DOS command prompt
is set to a value larger than 25, the "ALERT"
and "MENU_TO" commands scroll the screen content such
that the original content is not visible anymore (only
after manually scrolling up again using the scrollbar).
