XGridAgent / News: Recent posts

Some of the many bugfixes include:

*fixes to the message size issue.

*fixes some strncat issues

*imported Howl (Zeroconf/Rendezvous) support (optional)

I have made the initial import for the XGridAgent source tree into cvs.

I have also provided this code in the form of the original release tarball in the files section.
