My controller is an Intel Mac (OSX 10.4.1) and agents are PC's (XP-pro SP2) running xgridagent. I originally was going to use the cluster with the Mac app 'Visualhub', but that doesn't work. VisualHub is the only Mac app I know of that can utilizes XGrid. The goal is to find a transcoder that will utilize XGrid. Anyone know of such a program? |

Hello! I like the idea of your project, Bud you need more documentation! And only 3 users in the mailinglist... bad bad... I guess people havent explored the power of Xgrid yet. Anyhow you should make a nice little java gui of the whole project and make it look "OSX" ;) Just a simple interface... So... the main question, How can I authenticate with a password to the xgrid controller? Sincerly Martin Carlsson |
