#3 XGKS appears to be dead

Sadly, one of the only ANSI graphic standards appears
to now be dead. Neither of the above bugs have been
fixed and no matter what system I try to compile XGKS
on (Solars, Linux, Digital) I get segmentation faults
in the initialization of the colour tables.

Given that this project is clearly no longer
supported, please have it removed from SourceForge.
