GUI becomes a data handler, and tries to reach a given FPS rate.
Many internal improvements.
Basic FFT Transformation handling and visualisation.
Scheme exported functions documentated.

New architecture.
VoIP isn't available anymore, since WHISPER's fundamentals
changed : Integrated GUI (based on SDL), Guile support,
Data handlers improved.
Better portability.
I've done some work on the Guile interface.
A GUI is in development too; its relies on a built-in
specific toolkit.
I've started a new version of WHISPER (0.2.0BETA), in C++.
I think that I'll implement a Guile interface later. I suppose
that first useable version will be released in few weeks.
I choosed to implement some kind of Lisp objects to
develop the new release of WHISPER (I wondering myself if
I should use C++ or an existing Lisp).
