	You should read through the first 3 chapters before you get started,
	Chapter 3 describes how to download, compile, and start up xfpa.
- Metafile2.0.pdf
	The FPA Graphics Metafile Standard read this if you need to read or
	write your own FPA Metafiles.
- UserGuideFPAExportToolV1.0.5.pdf
	This manual is deprecated, but you may find it useful if you decide
	to try to write a conversion tool between shape files and FPA
	Metafiles.
