[Xforge-users] building site and docs targets

Hello,

I've indeed found a way to make the process transparently via ant 
filters. So now only book.xml exists and has a @SOURCEFORGELOGO@ token, 
which will be replaced by "" when building docs and 
"<separator/><sourceforgelogo/>" when building site.
