What are the differences between the results from Xfoil and Xflr5 concerning the analyse of a 2D profile?
I tried a code with Aerosandbox, which is supposed to use the xfoil results but the polars are really different from those from xflr5.

The polars should be the same. Try to run XFoil from the command line to be sure.
