I am analyzing an airfoil called RevE-HC. While doing a type 1 analysis, I am encountering that the BL is intersecting towards the trailing edge. The panels are refined and the geometry is too. Any clue as to why this is happening? Similarly, in the Cp vs x graph, there is a double peak towards the LE and a sharp peak at TE. Any help would be appreciated.

It means that XFoil predicts opposite pressures at the T.E.
It's within the margin of error of the predictions. I wouldn't worry about it.
