How can I make XFLR5 plot or report back to me the pressure or force distribution over the body? In addition, is there a place that I can further about the documentation of this option?

You can enable the Cp display option in the 3D view, but there's no option to export the distribution over the body. Including the fuselage in the analysis is also not recommendet. Check out the guidelines document for more information on this.
