as the summary says - freely definable actions in context menu - maybe depending on file type would be great and would make xfe even more useful

Not planned, sorry!
Please don't understate this; it would be a non overly-complicated feature to add, that would satisfy many other feature requests. For instance, two custom action "pmount" and "pumount" would permit to overcome the necessity to mount/umount as root. It would also permit to "send to", eject, enqueue, mass-rename... It actually would gratly extend xfe's power.
It is sufficient to permit the user to define a few strings, that could be accessed by right-clicking an object and, if selected, run within a shell interpreter. Some variables could be used in command strings to represent a single selected file, all selected files at once, or the directory containing selected file(s).
The ability to associate actions only to dirs, files or both would be nice but not needed, at least initially.
This is implemented through the script feature, just like in Nautilus. You can even reuse Nautilus scripts directly in Xfe.
