#246 Resolve ~ in path to home directory

When I type for example ~/.config into the path field (above the folder tree, conveniently reached with Ctrl+L), and hit Enter, my text is deleted and replaced by the current directory. I would like it to go to the entered directory instead, as if I had typed /home/cay/.config. This would make Xfe much more keyboard-friendly.
