No

My apologize for asking this way. Am I right to assume that your sourceforge page is the primary project page?
I am not familiar with SourceForge today. I was not able to find the source repo (e.g. git, svn, cvs, or something else). I can only find source tarballs.
Did I miss something?

No, there is no source repository. Everything is in the tarball.

Then how can someone join your project? Aren't you interested in contributions via Pull Requests?
I can not evaluate your project activity and your work because I can not see your commit history.
From a FOSS contributors point of view this makes your project very unattractive because it is not transparent.
    Best wishes,
    Christian

The source code is in the tarball here in the Files section. I'll be glad if you write some interesting patch and send me. Thanks.
