#263 Multi Monitor Support

Hello,

I am using IceWM and I am having the issue of Xfe in a multi monitor environment (3 side by side). Xfe is wanting to only open on the left screen instead of my primary center screen. It would be nice if it defaulted to the primary X monitor or remembered its last location. I may be doing something wrong, if so please let me know. Thanks.
