#221 Wrong icons based on file names (cosmetic)

I'm not too sure if this is actually a bug or a feature.
Executable files like "7z", "zip", "xz", "tar" or "rm" get an icon assigned, which I think doesn't make too much sense.
In my understanding, file type icons should only be assinged based on actual file name extensions.
*.7z -> Icon=Yes
.7z -> Icon=No
7z -> Icon=No
