I updated my MikTex installation on Windows today and after that my xelatex stopped working with following error:
"xelatex.exe: error while loading shared libraries: icuuc72.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
- MiKTeX 22.11

XeTeX, Version 3.141592653-2.6-0.999994 (MiKTeX 22.8.28) was working perfectly
