#3 possible bug in DTD validation

I am using Xerlin1.3 and meet problems validating documents to certain
DTDs, maybe this is a bug.
One typical example is attached, it is quite short and concise. In the zip
archive you find a DTD file (mathexpr.dtd) and an xml file (mathexprtest1.
xml) with is in my opinion perfectly valid to this DTD.

However, Xerlin1.3 claims that its last tag, NumericValue, is not valid.
Xerlin1.2 does not complain. So, is there something wrong with the file, or
is it really a bug? If the latter is the case, is there any possible workaround,
maybe a slight modification of the DTD so that Xerlin is able to validate files

I could verify this probable bug under Linux (RedHat and Ubuntu), Solaris,
and MacOS X, using Sun Java 1.4 and 1.5 (several versions).

Under Ubuntu Breezy, Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition
(build 1.5.0_05-b05), the situation is even worse: I am not able to
_generate_ any xml files to this DTD. Xerlin gets always stuck in the XML
tag "Body" which is a child of "Function", so the program is not usable at all

Is it my fault, or is it a bug?
