We're experimenting with it now, it is a bit sluggish on older hardware (3+ years) and the developer kit has a large footprint (80mb - albeit most of that is documenation, examples, and the python script based "compiler") but you can use qt to edit the forms which makes prototyping quick and easy.

The speed we were also wrong about - in general it's fairly speedy on chrome, firefox, safari, but has issues on IE8 due to the heavy use of the DOM.
