Are any of the other xml-files finalized yet? I was looking at the Tech 
Tree XML Layout mailing-list thread but it seemed to end quite abruptly 
(sp?) without any real layout (read: whole file with dtd and all 
available for download) decided upon.

Are you reading this Captain? I know you have it somewhere :)
