[Xenocide-programming] Other XML Layouts?

How many other XML layouts do we still need?

I know someone (can't remember who off hand) is working on the xnet layout.

I'll be happy to start on a 'Bases' layout (base locations, facilities,
personnel, crafts, stores, and everything associated).
