[Xenocide-programming] Tech Tree XML layout

Hi all...

    Could someone point me towards the current xml layout for the technology
tree?  RK suggested I make my tech tree proposal a little easier to follow,
so I'm going to set up a web site so people can step through it (and the
original, for comparison).  I figured since I need to write it up in xml
anyways (easiest way to do parent-child without getting into a db), I might
as well use the official layout.
