First, I recommend you to sign up to HYPERLINK

TortoiuseCVS - the tool which would be helpful to download the code from =
our
Sourceforge.net CVS repository.

Once you have code downloaded you would need to have a compiler to =
compile
it. We support Borland C++ Builder v6 now and we have a development pack
(projects and libraries) to build with it. However, we cannot provide =
that
software to  you - you would need to obtain it on your own.
