[Xenocide-programming] Documentation

Hey all,

Attached is a zip file of the documentation I've done
so far, it consists of the personnel, stores, hangers
and basecomponent .cpp and .h files.  In the
basecomponent .h there was a friend class base which I
didn't know how to document properly, so I've left it
for now (theres a section in the .cpp for documenting
it, but that currently contains some of the Base
documentation).

I'll get working on the interface files soon.
