#1 Feature Request (the first?)

Hey, would it be possible to edit the fields for the
contact information to just a few 4 or 5 pieces of info
to streamline and make things faster for us at work?
we recently started using xen intranet at my office to
control our customer and housecall database. we only
ahve 2 things that would make this program perfect.
First of all as i said before limiting the fields to 4
or 5 things and seconly creating an add note button for
the notes field that would possibly make a sectioned
note with timestamp and date. We have many customers
that come back for case after case and that would help
tons. Please let me know, I really like your project
and am eager to use it.
