I hope in a few weeks to have a complete server ready with the following features: personal contacts list hosted on sql database, able to change status to online, away, busy, offline, block features, aprove/reject of new contact, public chat room, a small memo system, admin features like global message broadcasting and of course anything else that i may think of.
