[XenAccess-devel] support for xen 3.0.4

In case people are trying to use XenAccess with Xen 3.0.4, I wanted  
to provide this update.  The currently released version of XenAccess  
(0.3) will work with Xen 3.0.3.

However, there was a change in Xen 3.0.4 that breaks the XenAccess  
HVM support (PV support works fine).  I have already fixed the  
problem and the updated code is in the subversion repository.  The  
fix allows the code to work with Xen 3.0.4, but not Xen 3.0.3.

In short, Xen and XenAccess versions are linked as follows:

Xen 3.0.3 --> XenAccess 0.3.
Xen 3.0.4 --> XenAccess via subversion.

I will look into adding automatic version detection so that XenAccess  
can detect what version of Xen you are running and automatically do  
the right now.  But for now, stick with the recommendations above.
