#282 Ability to handle exports from Lotus Notes systems

Currently, there are a couple of major agencies who use Lotus Notes for their recordkeeping, email etc.

One agency has provided us with an export from their system. This appears to be documents converted to blobs wrapped in XML metadata.

It would be very useful to be able to extract those documents and the related metadata, establish a link between the two and then do normalisation in the normal manner.
