#270 eps file guessed as plaintext

I tried to process an eps (encapsulated postscript) file

It was guessed (and normalised) as plain text. Technically, it is plain text, but technically that plain text describes an image file.

It would be nice if eps files could be normalised as an image

I agree. We should probably be converting EPS and AI formats to SVG.

Testing in Testing Branch of Xena 5.0.0-15. Fedora.

* All test EPS files were guessed and normalised as PlainText
* All test AI files were guessed and normalised as PDF
