#253 Xena creating 0 byte text version

Testing Branch. Xena 5.0.1 - Plain Text plugin 3.4.3b10.

I normalised a group of PDF files (PDF 1.3 and 1.4) with the Produce Text Version option selected.

Two of the PDFs were composed of images only. The text version of these files was a 0 byte text file. I've attached the smallest one.

It looks like Xena is unable to extract the text from the images but continues to produce a text version with no contents. It would be good if we could detect when a 0 byte text version is going to be created and suppress it, alerting the user that a text version could not be created.

    And of course, when Xena is driven by DPR, no alert to the user should be given. It should just silently not create a 0 byte file.
