This is a short term fix for RFE 960484. This is where
Xena guesses TRIM csv/tsv files as plaintext

Inherit a new class from the CSV guesser which can set
the appropriate parameters without interfering with the
base CSV guesser, and write a TRIM guesser to use it.

You want to know how to test it? Get a Trim CSV file and
normalise it, and stuff like the headings should come out
    right in the result.

The fix appears to work correctly in single normalisation ie a
window pops up and lets you configure the file correctly.
However in batch processing - because this feature is not
available - Xena does not normalise it correctly.

You shouldn't get any window popping up in single file mode
if it is correctly recognized as a trim file. At least,
    that's how I remember it.

I have placed a file in the Test Results directory. I found this
problem again when testing a batch of records for DPR testing.
The file appears to be the TRIM meta data export csv file.

As far as I know the bug no longer exists, so a workaround is no longer required.
