#362 Status bar wrong number of total files when Normalising

I have come across a situation where during normalisation the status bar at the bottom will give a smaller number for the number of total files to be normalised than there actually are. In this case 278 files got normalised but the status bar says only 271 were normalised. The difference was files in a subdirectory. Binary Normalising did not give this problem. This seems to be something to do with the doFiltering function in NormalisationThread. If I can duplicate this on a smaller sample case I will attach that.
