#360 Odd attribute in normalised html

After normalisation, any instance of the html anchor tag <a> has an attribute shape="rect" added to it.

This needs to not happen and any other random insertions should be tracked down and removed as well.

Malformed HTML caused this problem. Href tag had /> and should have been closed as expected. Link tag always has shape="rect" and this shouldn't affect the link.
