#332 .pst attachments not exported

Tested in Xena Stable (Date: Wed Jun 29 13:48:48 2011 +1000) and Xena Testing (Date: Thu Jun 30 10:30:11 2011 +1000).

I normalised .pst with multiple emails and attachments in at least one of the emails.

When I view and export the emails I get the following:
* .xml which lists all emails in the .pst
* .xsl style sheet
* .xml for each email in the .pst

I am not getting any of the attachments in the export.

I can open the result in a viewer. All emails and attachments are preserved in the .xena file.

If I try the above with a .msg, I can successfully export all emails and their attachments.
