When a non-admin users opens a .xena file, the Xena installer comes up wanting to install, rather than just opening the file.

    Tested on Xena 6.0.1.
    Issue still exists. When a non-admin user double clicks on a Xena file for the first time, Xena installer comes up and then Xena viewer opens the xena file. This only happens on the first attempt. Any subsequent attempt to open a xena file does not start the installer.
