#88 Add support for XeTeX extended DVI format
It is very simple to use source/preview synchronization on shell editors (like gedit) with xdvik and DVI format file. But this functionality is lost when using XeTeX, as xdvik doesn't read it's output format.
It would be nice to use source/preview synchronization in the simple way with XeTeX on all aditors.
The XDVI (extended dvi) format is documented, as said by Jonathan Kew here: http://www.tug.org/pipermail/xetex/2008-April/009299.html , so the task shouldn't be too difficult.
