#13 Motor position not updated

Observed behavior: The motor position in the main
window is not updated when the motor position is set
using the test controls window.

Expected behavior: The motor position in the main
window should be updated to reflect its new value.

Steps to reproduce
1. Run lithography in testing mode
2. Enter `10' in the "Motor Position" field of the test
controls panel.
3. Click the "Set" butten next to this field.
