Download Ant 1.5beta2 or higher

1) download and unpack Ant 1.5+
2) SET ANT_HOME=C:\jakarta-ant-1.5Beta1
3) SET PATH=%ANT_HOME%\bin;%PATH%

Then CD to xdoclet and execute ant (default target)

Mention JDK 1.4 and XML problems too jf Vincents doc.
