#99 @ejb.persistence support for MVCSoft

Attached is a patch against CVS HEAD for the xdoclet
mvcsoft.xdt file. This is at least the beginnings to
support the generic
@ejb.persistence tags in addition to the mvcsoft
specific tags. I think
I've covered most of it, but this is the first time
I've touched any of
these templates, and I've only a little experience with
Xdoclet
post-1.1.2, so don't please kill me if I got it wrong.. :)
