#1 Struts merge for action-mappings is not working for multiple

Hi,

The merge for the "struts-actions.xml" in Struts plugin
1.0.2 is not working for multiple actions. If i add"root" at
the top, the merge adds the "root" word in the struts-
config.xml file. If i put a single action in that merge file it
works fine but for multiple its a problem.
Any hint or am i missing something?
