I installed XDM on Xubutnu 15.04 32-bit. I then started it, went to Tools > Browser Integratoin > Firefox tab. I tried the drag and drop method and typing the command in the address bar. Both methods came up with an error message saying: The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection failure on 12.0.0.1. What can I do to get it integrated with FF?

Try new XDM 5. It provides the firefox extension in ~/xdm-helper folder
