mailModuleStreamer

implémentation on pluggale moduleStreamer with smtp and
pop3 functionnalities.

Guidelines :
* The VMIME library seems a good choice :

* Should be compatible with smtpModuleStreamer

The mailModuleStreamer would deprecate the
smtpModuleStreamer which is based on the jwSMTP library.
This streamer does not compile on HP-UX / aCC and does
not offer pop functionnalities
