After a long pause, xcvs comes back with a powerful boost. The new beta fixes a few bug and adds quite a few new features. Check it out!
There are a couple of new features such as lead path auto-detection, but mainly this release introduces a couple of non-compatible changes (such as table name change, new db table, etc). You would need to re-generate the database if you want to upgrade to this version.
I think we are not far from a 1.0.0 release.
Lots of cool features and some bug fixes. Now it gets really close to production quality.
Several user interface improvements plus some backend enhancement.
You can download the tarball from file release area. Enjoy.
I went through some review/changes related to security, database schemata, C/PHP interface, program file layout. I think they get reasonably stable now. The system has been running on a couple of machines for a while. As a result, I think it reaches the beta quality.
A release will be made once my ssh access to sf.net site is resolved.
I just made initial CVS import. Look for the CVS check-out information somewhere on the project page.
I consider this is an alpha release. I will split xcvs into xcvs_init and xcvs_update and make another round web-interface security check. After that I think it is a 0.1.0 beta release.
