I did not know you could convert a Condor task to XCSoar format. Have you loaded the task in XCSoar under task edit? A task made in the XCSoar format should in the case of the 310 be placed in the sd card \XCSoardata folder. In a normal PDA in My documents XCSoardata. It should then appear in the list of tasks under task edit. Just press load button and viola!
