Yes.  It's been a while since I looked at that, but I'd certainly be
interested to hear what you have in mind.  It's possible that some of it
may already be covered by existing tables and just not documented - I know
I added a couple of tables already dealing with what kinds of terrain can
and cannot appear together, though I'd probably have to go back and look
at the changelogs to figure out what I actually did.
