[Xconq-general] Mailing List Modifications

Hello Xconquerors,

   I have made a few changes to the Xconq mailing lists.
   This list, 'xconq-general', now has restricted posting. Its primary 
mission is now to provide announcements of general interest. Those who 
wish to ask questions can do so on the other Xconq mailing lists. 
'xconq-players' is now advertised as the "newbie" list, in addition to 
supporting discussions between players.
   I made these changes since a number of subscribers to 'xconq-general' 
are probably only looking for announcements, and not the day-to-day 
conversations. I cannot imagine that these changes will inconvenience 
anyone; I expect that this is more in line with most expectations.
