[Xconq-general] Update on Pending File Release

Hello Xconquerors,

Sourceforge CVS access has been very intermittent for me over the past 
two days. In this environment, I cannot reliably prepare a new file 
release. I will prepare the new release once my network access to 
Sourceforge is again reliable. Sorry about the delay; at least it's not 
my fault this time....
