I did get a side research window when I played the Villain side. I immediately tried to research quadrupeds, and 15 turns later, no apparent research had been done. > > Also, if you select research for that advance on the first turn, does it > appear that the advance is actually being researched? I can't check it now because I'm currently trying to recover from a hard disk failure (I'm using RAID, so there should be no permanent damage, but it's placed most of my computer-related projects on hold). > > > * Xconq produces an error when trying to figure ZOC for the neodymium > > units. Are you going to add an item to the bug tracker on > Sourceforge? I don't yet know if it's a bug in Xconq or a bug in the module. And looking back at my original message, I should have said "warning", not "error", since the module still ran. I am trying to do some things with ZOC that I don't think have ever been done before (e.g. you can approach an enemy neodymium unit, but once you move to within 3 cells, you can't move away), so I wouldn't be surprised to discover a few ZOC-related Xconq bugs on the way. But for now, it's too soon to be filing any bug reports pertaining to my use of ZOC in this module. -- Lincoln Peters <sa...@sb...> It's faster horses, Younger women, Older whiskey and More money. -- Tom T.
