#90 Tkconq on X11 doesn't draw scaled-up connections

Part of the problem has been fixed. Sdlconq on all
paltforms, and Tkconq on Win32 do properly scale-up
connections now, and have for been able since I fixed
that a while back ago.

This bug report is more narrowly tailored to the
problem, and will buy me another two months before the
tracker item becomes overdue. :-)

(Yes, I could change to expiration times for the Bug
tracker items, but....)
